Stunning Spring Sunset Engagement Session

For this sunset sesh Kristin, Mitch and I went off the beaten path (more accurately highway) to a spot I’ve been drooling over for a year or two. This time of year is tricky for the kind of out door photos people might have in mind… like a bit of foliage. Maybe in southern Ontario they have green peaking out on trees and lawns, but mother nature is more cautious up in the north. To make up for the better-late-than-never spring we get, there’s an always beautiful boreal forest of conifers and that amazing Canadian shield. We all just kind of wandered around remarking on how beautiful the oasis of moss and rocks is, when everything else is mud and bare sticks.

Stoked to do more exploring with my clients this summer. Here’s some North Bay trails that are probably mud right now, but way easier to get to.
