Alfresco Birthday Dinner

An alfresco dinner was the perfect way to wind down the summer. We got spoiled (deservedly) with a million good beach days after a winter of solid -30 days. A warm and clear September night felt rare.

Nikoline is a mother hen to all of us. She makes sure we don’t die of starvation when we work too hard or suffer too severely when we celebrate the payoff (hangovers). She gives wise advise and very tight hugs. The kind of woman you need in your corner. She’s also an incredible chef, so for her birthday she expressed her love for us by cooking this incredible Italian meal. Four courses over hours and hours of wine and good times, but we had to work for it.
