One tiny baby, surrounded by animals and the love of 3 good women

How lucky for little newborn Aleyah to grow up on this beautiful little farm of giant horses and incredible women. Jordana is Aleyah’s tough and gorgeous mother, raising her daughter with help from her mother Jane and sister Desi. I’ve gotten to know Jordana a little better since I took these photos and my world is so much brighter because of it. It’s been such a pleasure watching her navigate new motherhood and falling so in love with her daughter. Desi is an absolute light in the world too. She’s a awesome little tom-boy, a self declared “part time” scientist and the kind of cool I wish I was at her age. The captain steering this ship is Jane… the healer, the birth attendant, the big beautiful Rottweiler breeder (one of which I want some day) and a big spoiled Belgian wrangler that acts more like a house pet than a horse.
